Bespoke Upholstery

As well as using traditional leather and cow hide for upholstery work, I work with a range of unique materials from sustainable sources including sheep skin from the Isle of Skye, English long-horn hide from the Yorkshire Dales, traditional tweed and modern tapestry.

I especially enjoy unique requests made by customers, recent examples including the reupholstery of a vintage armchair using a customer’s army uniform, and the re-covering of a customer’s large punch bag.

Almost any item of furniture can be reupholstered in leather, tweed or fabric depending on what you would like.

If you have a project in mind, contact me via phone or email, ideally with images of your item and we can begin discussing possibilities.

Quotes are provided free of charge and each project will be assessed individually. I am happy to recommend materials and colour choices that I believe will fit with the item and with what you want from the finished article.
